These terms govern your use of playrwise.com (“PlayrWise,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What PlayrWise is

PlayrWise is a directory that helps Houston families discover youth-sports trainers, clubs, camps, clinics, and tryouts. We are not the provider of any coaching, training, or program listed here. We simply help families find providers and reach out to them directly.

Listings and provider responsibilities

Trainers and clubs are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings and must have the right to publish the information they post. Listings may not be false, misleading, or infringing. We may review, edit, or remove listings at our discretion.

No endorsement or vetting

PlayrWise does not vet, endorse, certify, or guarantee any provider listed on the site, and inclusion in the directory is not a recommendation. Families are responsible for their own due diligence — including verifying credentials, references, and safety — before engaging any trainer, club, or program.

Interactions between families and providers

Any communication, arrangement, or transaction between a family and a provider happens directly between them and off-platform. PlayrWise is not a party to those interactions and is not responsible for them.

Acceptable use

Don’t use PlayrWise for any unlawful purpose, to harass or impersonate others, to post false content, or to scrape, disrupt, or misuse the service.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, complete, or current, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlayrWise will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any interaction with a listed provider.

Pricing

Browsing is free for families, and listing is free for trainers and clubs. Any optional paid features we may offer in the future will be clearly described before you use them.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
